He was born in 1951 in Mexico City, where he has lived in a stable and strong family unit, in which liberty, culture and creativity are fundamental values.

He graduated as an architect from the National School of Architecture (today faculty) of the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) in 1976, with a master degree in Humanities from the Universidad Anahuac, a specialty in Teaching by the Centro de Investigaciones y Servicios Educativos of UNAM and a certificate in The Sense of Life by the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM). He has taken and given courses in professional, academic and pedagogical updates; He was coordinator of the Architecture degree in the Escuela Nacional de Estudios Profesionales Aragon of UNAM, vice-president of the Asociacion de Instituciones de Enseñanza de la Arquitectura de la Republica Mexicana, financial vice-president of the Sociedad de Ex Alumnos de la Facultad de Arquitectura (FASE), and is lifetime member of CAM-SAM.

He has been construction and proyect advisor of several corporations like: Soluciones PC, Ingenieria Integral Internacional Mexico, Alta Tecnologia y Diseño, REMACONST, amongst others.

Since a very early age, he has lectured the Proyects course in UNAM and has various publications relative to the practice and teaching of Architecture.

His creative labor has transcended because of his architectonic proposal, which vibrates with human sensibility attached to creativity in a significant way, always searching and bonding for the sense of life with space. He fights for human dignity in order to combat poverty, malnutrition, illiteracy, the lack of a decent home, unemployment, and all the socio-economic situations that are critical and go against the promotion of a real sustainable development. He works to save the world. He has offered his architecture to the service of human emotions, affirming the values for which he lives for.

Three passions have governed his life: liberty, love and the search of knowledge to heal the suffering of men. These passions have kept him in constant activity with the physical world, working in more than 252 relevant architectural projects, like the executive project for adaptation, optimization and construction of spaces for offices and service areas for the Federal Real Estate called Casa de Moneda; the Center of Legislative Studies, the master plan of the development of the infrastructure complex of the Security Ministry in Constituyentes; police stations for the Federal Police of the cities of Manzanillo, Tepatitlan and Tepic; the master plan for the real estate modernization for the Instituto Nacional de Pediatria; the new building for the experimental sciences for the faculty of science in UNAM; the Auditorium and Infoteca which are both part of the olympic park for the administrative committee for the school construction program in Tamaulipas; the civic square for the Delegacion Azcapotzalco in Mexico City; the remodeling of interior design of the original project of the Rectoria General de la Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana; hospitals, schools, residences, gardens, residential complexes, etc. and in the spiritual world the sensibility to live the spaces, because he has never given up on his effort to unite his architecture to the emotions of the human being.
